Not sure what Log Cabin Cookies are? That’s okay!

There’s a lot of history behind the Log Cabin Cookie. Originally a cookie that was designed to be less sweet and truly massive (with some recipes clocking in at an astounding 4” diameter cookie!) the Log Cabin Cookie was well suited to dipping in a cup of coffee or tea. Fortunately, the recipe has been changed since then to these delicious, bite-sized, sugar-coated tidbits!
